This group is a peer support group where men can share their experiences as a way to help each other. Each session offers an inclusive and positive space where men can discuss topics relating to recovery and living sober one day at a time.
This group is for loved ones who are affected by someone else’s substance use. They do not have to live in the Nottingham City catchment area however the client does. We do also offer one to one support for this group. Each person will be able to attend 6 sessions, they don’t have to attend

The service is designed to give you access to a range of fun and interactive workshops within your local community, building skills in a range of topics including: • Effectively managing money • Shopping on a budget •
8 week programme (non-rolling, need to start at the beginning of the series). Attendance at information session compulsory to complete a screening assessment followed by up to 8 weeks of DBT based interventions: Living Mindfully, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance.
SMART is an external mutual aid organisation – offering rolling weekly meetings using a science-based, therapeutic programme to support individuals’ recovery goals.
This series of 6 workshops connects people with themselves, each other and their local communities. It raises aspirations and ambitions and generates a peer support network to promote Recovery. Members are offered strategies and techniques to stay safe and reach their recovery goals.
A 6 week programme which introduces the ACT principles – for clients who are ready to focus on identifying clear goals and making actual changes to behaviour patterns.
With attendance expected once a week over a six-week timeframe – this group utilises CBT techniques combined with the Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous 12step approach. It is a group specifically for abstinent clients.
