This is a group for those accessing the Structured Day Programme (SDP) to have their voices heard, give feedback and tell us what you would like to see.

Living the Middle Path

8 week programme (non-rolling, need to start at the beginning of the series). Attendance at information session compulsory to complete a screening assessment followed by up to 8 weeks of DBT based interventions: Living Mindfully, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance.

Peer Mentoring Course (Level 2 Award in Progression)

Our Mentoring course is a Level 2 accredited course. This course trains people to become Peer Mentors – positive role models of recovery who have a presence within the recovery service. They support the delivery of education, therapeutic and peer support based groups. The course covers subjects such as what mentoring is, relationships and boundaries
