A 6 week programme which introduces the ACT principles – for clients who are ready to focus on identifying clear goals and making actual changes to behaviour patterns.
This six-week workshop will look at how boundaries are formed and why they are important. Each session will explore a different type of boundary and learn skills to enforce them in a safe space.
