Saturday Recovery club is a space away from the weekly timetable of structured activities where you can explore recovery options in an informal environment. 10 - 11 is for Structured day programme attendees only. 11-12:30 is for all individuals. activities include peer support, bitesize groups, group outings, mutual aid meetings, and coffee and a chat.
This group is a short peer support group to start your Monday off right with a recovery and goal-based focus.
