Urgent mental health support
If you are feeling very unwell and need to speak to someone urgently, there are services in Nottingham City that can help you.
The Nottinghamshire Crisis Sanctuaries offer a trusted and consistent space for people who require out-of-hours mental health support.
The service is free and offers support, information and guidance to anyone 18 years or older in or nearing a mental health crisis.
You can contact the Crisis Sanctuary Team on 0330 822 4100 from 4pm to 11pm, every day of the year.
