We are committed to ensuring all our service users are not digitally excluded and are able to use the Internet to help them build a rewarding and independent future. Digital Skills sessions are aimed at all levels of learners and focus on practical uses of digital resources (computers, tablets, Smartphones, Internet..) in your everyday life.
SMART is an external mutual aid organisation – offering rolling weekly meetings using a science-based, therapeutic programme to support individuals’ recovery goals.

A weekly group for those on the Structured Day Programme (SDP) to look at what options are available following their completion of the SDP.
A peer led group checking in and supporting each other in recovery on a Saturday morning.
Saturday Recovery club is a space away from the weekly timetable of structured activities where you can explore recovery options in an informal environment. 10 - 11 is for Structured day programme attendees only. 11-12:30 is for all individuals. activities include peer support, bitesize groups, group outings, mutual aid meetings, and coffee and a chat.
