This six-week workshop will look at how boundaries are formed and why they are important. Each session will explore a different type of boundary and learn skills to enforce them
6 Week programme delivered online. With attendance expected once a week for 6 weeks, this course provides service users with relapse prevention tools including managing cravings and identifying triggers/high risk
30 minute slots need to be booked on the day with reception.
