Talk to us in confidence about…
Recovery support
Recovery is an individual journey, and it can mean different things to different people.
There are a number of online tools that can help people on their recovery journey. We also run regular groups and offer employment support for people who are being supported by our teams.
Our Academy aims to support individual and collective recovery through learning, training, mentoring and volunteering in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Are you concerned about a friend or family member’s substance use?
We can help you. We offer support to family members, carers and friends of people facing substance use issues.
This could be via one-to-one sessions, group sessions or online support.

Thinking about Dry January 2025?
Reducing your alcohol intake can have some amazing benefits:
-Improved sleep 😴
-Increased energy ⚡️
-Better mental clarity 🧠
But, it's important to note:
-You should reduce your intake gradually: Aim for 2 alcohol-free days per week and stick to the recommended 14 units per week
-One pint of Stella = approx. 3 units
However, if you're currently drinking dependently, speak to a specialist support service, such as Nottingham Recovery Network for advice and guidance on safe reduction planning. Sudden withdrawal can be dangerous.

Cocaethylene is a dangerous and harmful substance that is formed in the body when cocaine and alcohol are used together.
The combination of these two substances increases the risk of overdose, liver damage, and other health problems.
If you or someone you know uses cocaine and alcohol together, it is important to take steps to reduce the harm caused by Cocaethylene.
